CONVERSION OF INSTITUTIONAL LAND TO GROUP HOUSING LAND

1. Land allotted by DDA for AWHO Dwarka (Sec 22 & 23) falls into Institutional lease land category.
2. This needs to be converted into Group Housing category. Only thereafter can property  be converted from lease hold to free hold and registration of units be undertaken.
3. HQ AWHO has taken up a case with DDA for conversion of Institutional land in to Group Housing category which is being processed with DDA.

NOTICE : PAYMENT OF HALF YEARLY GROUND RENT BY ALLOTTEES OF RANJIT VIHAR DWARKA

* Completion-Cum-Occupancy Certificate has been obtained from DDA.
