UTILISATION OF COMMON FACILITIES: OMR, CHENNAI PHASE I & II


It is intimated that the common facilities of Club House (executed in the ongoing Phase-I) and Shopping Complex (planned in Phase-II) are for use by allottees of both phases I and II.

Present progress is 48.81% as on 30 Jun 2015.

* Due to unavoidable reasons the physical progress of the project is yet to match the planned progress.  All efforts are being made to speed and complete the work by PDC already announced.
* In order to adhere to construction linked payment schedule, it has been decided to re-schedule the payment schedule of OMR Chennai Project as under :-

For Allottees with payment schedule As Under.
First instalment - 25% cost of DU,
Second to Fifth instalment - 15% cost of DU
Sixth instalment - 10% cost of DU

AWHO PROJECT OMR CHENNAI

AWHO Project at OMR Chennai has now picked up pace and the structural work is progressing at good speed. Out of six towers each with two stilts and 29 floors, one tower of 2BHK and one tower of 3BHK have been completed. At present pace, two more towers will be completed by June 2015 and balance two towers will be completed by Dec 2015. Finishing work has commenced in two towers and sample flats of all categories have been completed.

Club house structure is at third floor level out of a total of five floors.

In the Non tower areas, stilt I and II level slabs have been laid and podium slab is under construction.

Issues of provision of piped water supply of metro water and construction of approach road from DLF garden city to the project are being pursued with the TN State Government, and are being closely monitored.

* Compound wall on pile foundation.
* Additional common areas in stilt I & II
* 2 BHK 141 Sq m
* 3 BHK 47 Sq m
* 4 BHK 81 Sq m
* Granite flooring in corridors and staircase in lieu of green marble

As a value addition piped LPG supply to all residential units is being planned.
Case for exemption of stamp duty (6%) and registration charges (1%) has been taken up with TN State Government.
