SUGGESTIONS FROM ALLOTTEES OF SDA INVITED
Some of the allottees of Super Deluxe Apartment have recommended entry to the store to be provided from Master Bedroom rather than the dining space (as planned now) in a manner that the store can be used as a walk in closet/store.  However, as can be seen from the layout of DU, provision of such an entry would result in restricted entry to walk in closet/store by the wall mounted TV or pictures that may be installed by the allottees on the common wall between the Master Bedroom and the Store Room.
We would like to have views of the allottees of the Super Deluxe Apartment on the above so as to enable us implement the majority opinion on ground by 15 Oct 2014


* Physical progress is approx 47 % as on 30 Jun 2014.
* RCC Structure of Towers A,B &C (Luxury Flats) and Q & R (SFA) have been completed. Structures of other towers are in advance stage and likely to be over by Sept 14.
* Brick work in progress simultaneously in all the towers.

REVISION OF PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The Project is progressing satisfactorily.  Keeping in view the achievable work progress on ground; and to further fine tune the liability of payment on allottees, it has been decided to revise / postpone the payment schedule of the allottees of the project, as under :-
(a) For Allottees whose 6th (10%) Instalment was due for payment on 4th Sep 2014 :-

 Note:-
1. There is no change in the amount of instalment and terms and conditions including the Probable Date of Completion (PDC).

Punjab & Haryana High Court has restricted the use of ground water resources for construction activities due to which the progress of work was affected.

  The project is oversubscribed and there are a number of registrants (who have already paid the commitment money) on the waiting list.
Hence wef 01 Nov 2012 , applicants registering for Gurgaon 95 Turnkey Project are required to pay only the applicable registration money. Commitment money is not required for registration for the project. This is applicable for both priority I and priority II registrants.
