AMENDMENT TO HANDING TAKING OVER INSTRUCTIONS AND STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
|Only a certain number of DUs can be handed over on a particular day. To avoid disappointment, allottees are advised to liaise with the reception cell at project site and positively obtain a date for handing over prior to moving to the project site for handing taking over of their respective DUs. Under NO circumstances will DUs be handed over without confirmed prior appointment.|

Handing / Taking over commenced from 1st May 2014 and is on in full swing.
1. It refers to fresh option of additional parking.
2. Affected allottees (allottees who have opted for more than one parking before the draw and allotted only one mandatory parking) are requested to exercise and submit their Options by e-mail / FAX followed by hard copy by post, at the earliest without waiting for receipt of the hard copy of the Option letter which is in post. Please ensure that your Options duly completed will reach this office before 20 May 2014.

Sanction accorded by Govt of Karnataka for supply water to AWHO Complex at Bangalore East Taluk Bidarahalli Hobli, Kannamangala Village, Whitefield.
VALUE ADDITIONS (SANDEEP VIHAR)
Sandeep Vihar at Bangalore Whitefield is one of the largest projects of AWHO. It has a total of 1524 Dwelling Units. The amenities and facilities that are being provided here are on par with private builders at a comparatively low cost. Listed below are a few facilities that the allottees of Sandeep Vihar shall enjoy: Reticulated Gas Supply, Jaquar Bath Fittings, Capsule Lift, Dedicated Power House, Wooden Floorings, STP that will save 3 lakh litres of water daily, Car Charging Points and Wide Concrete Roads.
Apart from these, a Grand Club House (50000 sq ft) is being provided with the following civic amenities: Banquet Hall (25000 sq ft lawn), Dining Hall, Party Halls (2), Polyclinic, CSD Counter, Library, SBI with 1600 lockers, Cafeteria and Exhibition Hall.
Also, maximum sports facilities have been planned and provided within the complex: Large Swimming Pool, Basketball Courts (2), Tennis Courts (2), Billiards/ Snooker Room, Skating Rink, Cricket Box, Children Play Equipments at 5 places, Badminton Court (2), Health Club and Jogging Track (1.80 km) with resting nooks.

Water Supply: The Project Site is not under the jurisdiction of BWSSB so the chance of getting Cauvery water supply was bleak. However, due to consistent efforts of the Project Director who met with the State Government Authorities from time to time, tender by BWSSB for Cauvery water supply was issued and it shall be the dedicated water supply for the colony.
Draw for Dwelling Unit and mandatory parking has been done on 10 Oct 13. Construction work for Club House is in progress. Draw for additional parking was conducted in Dec 13.
Progress of work is approx 97% as on 13 Mar 2014.
Finishing works and external services are in progress.
