1. Demand Survey for Pune Wagholi Phase II was opened wef 25 Oct 2021.
2. AWHO has received large Nos of applications from Army personnel (Priority-I category) and the project is over subscribed. Hence, the Commitment Money received from Air Force, Navy and Coast Guard are being refunded as per terms and conditions mentioned in advertisement for the said project.

Construction of DUs at AWHO Pune (Wagholi) Phase II Planning for construction of 112 Dwelling Units (DUs) in two towers of LXA (4 BHK) at Wagholi, Pune Phase II is in progress. Tender opening is scheduled for end Nov 2023. Post obtaining approvals from statutory authorities, the work is likely to commence wef Sep 2024.
UPDATE AS ON 21-07-2023
Planning for construction of approx 112 Dwelling Units (DUs) in two towers of LXA (4 BHK) at Wagholi, Pune Phase II is in progress. Draft pre-qualification parameters duly vetted byHQ Southern Command has been advertised. E-Tender for the subject work has been uploaded on 20 Jun 2023 for the shortlisted contractors. Pre-bid meeting has been conducted with shortlisted contractors on 12 Jul 2023. Work is likely to commence by mid 2024.

Construction of DUs at AWHO Pune (Wagholi) Ph-II. Planing for construction of 104 Dwelling Units (DUs) in two towers of Luxary apartment (LXA) 4 BHK at Pune Wagholi, Phase-II is in progress for construction.
