Process of selection of Architect for the project has commenced. Six Architects have been shortlisted. The Concept Plan Presentation for final selection of Architect is tentatively scheduled for 4th week of Aug/ 1st week of Sep 16.

Process for shortlisting of Architect has commenced. Appointment of Architect is expected to be done by mid Jul 16.
As per the directions in the 127th ECM the project is required to be planned in multistoreyed configuration instead of independent Duplex Single Units as planned now.
The number of storeys to be constructed will depend on demand and will be intimated in due courseApplicants to deposit DD of Rs 10,000/- only as Registration fees under Demand Survey Scheme.

2. It has been observed over past few years that during the monsoon season, complete site gets submerged in water. There is no drainage system provided by local authorities on this plot and entire sewage of the area gets drained into AWHO land. HQ AWHO has been in touch with HUDA and Municipal Corporation for resolving the issue, however, HUDA did nothing to resolve the problem.
3. In view of the above, option exercised by considerable number of allottees to withdraw from project and keeping in view the unsuitability of land for construction due to sewage and water logging, it has been decided at appropriate level to discontinue with construction of DUs at JJAY Bahadurgarh. The amount deposited by allottees with AWHO shall be refunded to allottees with interest.

WILLINGNESS FOR DEMAND SURVEY (JJAY SCHEME) BAHADURGARH, ROHTAK & JHAJJAR
1. Reference advertisement dated 28 Aug 2011 for Demand Survey Bahadurgarh, Rohtak & Jhajjar and your application form for registration for the said scheme.2. A case was taken up with Govt of Haryana by HQ Western Command to waive off the “Enhanced Compensation” clause, but the same was not agreed to by the Govt. Launching a project on the land allotted by HUDA may invite “Enhanced Compensation” from the allottees at unspecified intervals and repeatedly, even after completion of the project.
3. Based on the current land cost and construction cost, the tentative cost of DU of approx 700 sq ft at Bahadurgarh, Rohtak & Jhajjar will be Rs 25.00 lakhs. Actual cost of DUs will be intimated once planning/contract is finalized. The cost of DUs may further increase if “Enhanced Compensation” is sought by HUDA, which cannot be predicted at this stage.
4. In view of the above, you are requested to forward your willingness/unwillingness for the said project as per format attached at Appx A to enable us to take further action to finalize the land issue. Your reply is required to reach at this HQ by 31 May 2014.
