UPDATE AS ON 21-07-2023

Process of appointing architect for plotted development at Rakshapuram, Meerut Ph II has commenced. Plg shall involve getting fresh approval of plotted development from MDA and obtaining consent of allottees of Ph I for change in layout plan before project is registered with UP RERA. Simultaneously further action for infra development shall be undertaken. The devp work is likely to commence by mid 2024.

UPDATE AS ON 07-02-2023

Plotted Development at AWHO Meerut Ph II.  Planning for plotted development is at early stage. Efforts are on to et approval of plans & registration with UP RERA. Infrastructure development for plotted development is expected to commence by Oct 2023.
