    DELAY IN HANDING/TAKING OVER OF DUs

    * H/T over schedule was issued by AWHO anticipating the time reqd for obtaining various connections & NOC’s, in the interest of allottees for an early possession.
    * NOCs for fire, lifts etc have been obtained,
    * All connections such as water supply, electric supply etc completed.
    * Issue of ‘Occupation Certificate’ is pending due to the procedural time being taken by GNIDA (over diligence in wake of recent protests by users of other projects). This is not due to any incomplete works in the project.

    IMPORTANT UPDATE 

    The DUs at Greater Noida Phase-IV project have been completed and are ready for handing over as per schedule intimated to allottees. However due to delay in the issue of 'Occupation Certificate' by GNIDA the handing over schedule as intimated earlier shall be revised. The fresh schedule shall be intimated once the Occupation certificate is obtained.

    EXEMPTION OF STAMP DUTY IN UP FOR PROPERTY VALUED UPTO RUPEES 20 LAKHS 

    UP Govt Gazette Notification No 25/2016/888/94/Stamp nibbandhak-2 2016-500(64)/80 dated 11 Nov 2016 issued by Commissioner Revenue Stamp, Allahabad vide letter no 6802/Stamp Duty-146/2016 dated 11 Nov 2016 with respect to the exemption of Stamp Duty on property valued upto Rs 20 lakhs for Ex-Servicemen/ widows/ Dependents are here for information . In case the value of property is more than Rs 20 lakhs, the stamp duty will be exempted for first Rs 20 lakhs and on remaining balance amount, the stamp duty will be charged. Accordingly the first sub lease deed has already been executed at Greater Noida.
