International Award for sustainable Architecture Award 2018
It is a matter of great pride that AWHO project Greater Noida Phase-IV has been selected for an award by the ‘International Award for sustainable Architecture Award 2018’ and has been selected place ‘Second’ in a total of 448 projects in the housing category from all over the world. The award was conferred on M/s Bharadwaj Bharadwaj & Associates, Consultant Architect of the project. EXEMPTION OF STAMP DUTY IN UP FOR PROPERTY VALUED UPTO RUPEES 20 LAKHS
UP Govt Gazette Notification No 25/2016/888/94/Stamp nibbandhak-2 2016-500(64)/80 dated 11 Nov 2016 issued by Commissioner Revenue Stamp, Allahabad vide letter no 6802/Stamp Duty-146/2016 dated 11 Nov 2016 with respect to the exemption of Stamp Duty on property valued upto Rs 20 lakhs for Ex-Servicemen/ widows/ Dependents are here for information . In case the value of property is more than Rs 20 lakhs, the stamp duty will be exempted for first Rs 20 lakhs and on remaining balance amount, the stamp duty will be charged. Accordingly the first sub lease deed has already been executed at Greater Noida.
