Registration for AWHO project at Dwarka was closed in May 2015. All registrants who have not received their refunds are requested to update their addresses on AWHO website and send a cancelled cheque of their operative bank account for direct bank transfer of the refund proceeds.CONVERSION OF INSTITUTIONAL LAND TO GROUP HOUSING LAND
1. Land allotted by DDA for AWHO Dwarka (Sec 22 & 23) falls into Institutional lease land category.
2. This needs to be converted into Group Housing category. Only thereafter can property be converted from lease hold to free hold and registration of units be undertaken.
3. HQ AWHO has taken up a case with DDA for conversion of Institutional land in to Group Housing category which is being processed with DDA.

Both the plots are at premium locations being in the proximity of the Metro and Interstate Bus Terminus proposed to be constructed nearby. Dwarka is a sought after residential area in Delhi due to its proximity to the Domestic and International Airports as also to the up coming city of Gurgaon.
A separate community centre block has been planned in Sector – 23, whereas in Sector – 22 the ground floor of the Small Family Apartment block is planned to be utilized for the various community activities. Both the plots are a part of the respective developed sectors of Dwarka, and hence the requirements of infrastructure shall be made available by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) at the periphery of the respective plots.
