TRANSITION MANAGEMENT EST OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE
1. Transition Management by a Professional Facilities Management Agency for better management of facilities and central services at AWHO Indore has been approved as a PILOT PROJECT.
2. As a first step in the same a "CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE"(CCC) at AWHO Indore has been set up and is being shown to the allottees at the time of taking over of DU’s.
3. Photographs of the Customer Care Centre can be seen on the “Project Progress” Link.
4. The Customer Care Centre has been set up in Tower E. The details of the Customer Care Centre are as under :-
