HANDING/TAKING OVER SCHEDULE OF AWHO PROJECT SECT-6A VAY LUCKNOW
It is intimated that due to COVID-19 outbreak and countrywide lockdown, Handing/Taking over of AWHO Project Sector-6A VAY Lucknow will re-commence on 15 May 2020. This will be further reviewed in 1st week of May 2020 wrt working of Sub Registrar office for registration of DUs.

DRAW FOR PARKINGS : AWHO SEC-6A, LUCKNOW PROJECT
1. Refer AWHO option letter dated 05 Apr 19 and further to update posted on AWHO website on 08 May 19.
2. Draw of specific DUs will be conducted by external BOO on 30 May 2019 as intimated earlier. However, in order to enhance allottee’s satisfaction level by enabling allotment of car parking as close to the Tower wherein DU has been allotted, the draw for parking will be conducted separately after the conduct of draw of specific Dwelling Units by external BOO on 07 Jun 2019.Update : as on 08-05-19
CLARIFICATIONS ON ISSUES RAISED ON OPTION LETTER
1. Refer this HQ letter dt 05 Apr 2019 vide which Option Letter of the project was fwd to allottees.
2. This HQ has recd certain observations from some of the allottees with regard to cost of DU, issues related to car parking, cost of open terraces etc. Clarifications on these issues are given in succeeding paragraphs.
Cost of DUs
3. Few allottees have mentioned that cost of DUs of AWHO Daljit Vihar, Sec-6A, Lucknow are high. It is highlighted that AWHO works on ‘No profit No loss’ basis. It follows all provisions of codal norms and specifications and works strictly as per standard norms & guidelines. Any unutilized funds at the time of project account closure are refunded back to allottees, as has been done by AWHO in large numbers of our Projects.
Mandatory Car Parking be allotted ‘Free of Cost’
4. While sanctioning the building plans the sanctioning authorities do not lay down the specific dimensions of the parking area (i.e length and width). AWHO however provides car parkings keeping in mind the requirement of maximum size of a car. Further, the exact parking space provided in basement/stilts is dependent on the spacing of structural columns. In such cases, following a std size of parking area is likely to leave vacant spaces between parking areas, which may become a matter of dispute at a later stage. Hence sizes of mandatory car parkings being offered vary, but these cater for adequate space required for parking a car.
5. At the time of booking of the DU, all allottees have been intimated that parking cost shall be charged extra. The same has also been reflected in the Technical Brochure. Hence contention of allottees that ‘mandatory parking should be free of cost’ is not in order. While arriving at cost of DU during planning stg of the project, cost of parking space was not clubbed in DU’s cost and hence is being charged separately. Costing of car parking has been done based on the SOP. It is reiterated that any surplus will be refunded at the time of project account closure to allottees.
Cost of Open Terraces with 1st Floor DU
6. It is clarified that opting of first floor DU is optional. The cost of open terraces being charged is as per the approx expdr incurred in its construction. Hence there is no change in cost of open terraces.
