DELAY IN REGISTRATION OF DUs : NASIK PH-II PROJECT
1. The allottees can take the possession of their DUs as per the programme
2. There will however be some delay in registration of DUs with the registrar office due to the requirement of first registering the name of AWHO in CIDCO office for all DUs and subsequently the same to be transferred to the allottees for issue of NOC from CIDCO to the allottees (on payment of fees) which is mandatory requirement for registration in the registrar office. This process will commence once PD Office gets the occupation/vacation report from CIDCO which is awaited.

AWHO site is part of CIDCO’s overall township of “Ambad“ in Sector N.H. ‘Jaistha’. There are a number of housing colonies around known as “Pawan Nagar”. Phase I of the project was constructed in 1995 in the same location.

The site (AWHO, Pratap Vihar) is located close to Mumbai –Agra Highway. It is approx 1.6 km from Symbiosis Institute for Operational Research, on Trimurti Ambad Link Road and 2.10 km from Pathardi Patha of Mumbai – Agra Highway. It is 8 to 9 km from Artillery Centre and 13 km from Deolali. The Central Mall Nashik, Divya Big Cinema, CDCO Hospital and Reliance Fresh are within 02 km distance from the site.
Army personnel (Serving / Retired) and their Widows who are in receipt of family pension from CDA(P) Allahabad are eligible for booking provided they are/were not allottees in any other AWHO Scheme. parents of Fatal Unmarried Battle/ Other Casualties may also apply.
