REDUCTION IN STAMP DUTY FOR REGISTRATION
Consequent to sustained efforts of the Project Director, the Govt of Maharashtra has issued directions to all regn offices of Pune to charge stamp duty of 6% on cost price of AWHO rather than circle rates.
The Govt. of Maharashtra has increased the circle rate by 14% in Pune wef 01 Jan 2015.
This will benefit all allottees as per details below :

Hadapsar, only 7 kms from Pune Sub Aaea on Pune-Sholapur Highway. This site is to be approached from Sholapur Highway where new approach road (about 500 mtr long) has been constructed by AWHO. It has been constructed adjoining Phase-I.
These will be common with Phase-I.
Army personnel (serving/retired), widows of army personnel and parents of unmarried Fatal Battle/ Other Casualties (if applying within five years of demise of their child) who are in receipt of family pension are eligible to apply. All the above categories should not be owners/allottees/registrants in any other AWHO scheme.
Owners/Allottees (even those who have disposed off their earlier property allotted by AWHO) and existing registrants of Spot/Annual Registration schemes are not eligible to apply.
Note :- Serving/retired JCOs/OR and their widows who are in receipt of family pension can apply only for DXA, MDA & SFA units.
