    TRANSITION MANAGEMENT EST OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE

    1. Transition Management by a Professional Facilities Management Agency for better management of facilities and central services at AWHO Indore has been approved as a PILOT PROJECT.
    2. As a first step in the same a "CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE"(CCC) at AWHO Indore has been set up and is being shown to the allottees at the time of taking over of DU’s.

    The Phase II of the scheme is likely to be cancelled in view of land being acquired by railways for dedicated freight corridor. Further details shall be intimated individually to all allottees / applicants

    * Land purchased by AWHO for its Phase II project at Ambala has been acquired by railways for dedicated freight corridor. As a result, construction for phase-II project at Ambala cannot be taken up.
    * In view of the above, registrants of the project have the option either to transfer their registration to any other ongoing project of AWHO as per their choice or withdraw from the scheme. Deposits of registrant being refunded as per Para 99 of AWHO Master Brochure Jul 87(as Amended).
    * Services are being relocated as required due to construction of railway corridor. Railway authorities are being expedited for release of compensation.
