CLOSING OF DEMAND SURVEY UNDER ASSISTANCE SCHEME FOR BENGALURU, PUNE, GURGAON, PANCHKULA, NOIDA / GREATER NOIDA,JAIPUR & BAHADURGARH

1. It is to apprise to the environment that NO applications for Demand Survey under Assistance Scheme for Bengaluru, Pune, Gurgaon, Panchkula, Noida/Greater Noida, Jaipur & Bahadurgarh will be accepted in AWHO after 30 Jun 2023. However, those who have made the payment till 30 Jun 2023 towards Application Money and applications forwarded to AWHO at a later date, their applications will be accepted upto 07 Jul 2023 only.

 Applicants are requested to fwd the copy of following documents alongwith application form :-

(a) Name printed copy of cancelled cheque or scanned copy of first oage if pass book.

(b) Aadhar Card copy.

(c) PAN Card copy

UPDATE AS ON 21-07-2023 blinking new small

Planning for construction of 96  Dwelling Units (DUs) in six towers has been delayed due to litigation by certain allottees of Ph I, Stg 1. However, Hon’ble TN REAT, Chennai vide order dated 26 June 2023 dismissed all the appeal of allottees. Legal opinion has been sought whether AWHO may proceed for tender for construction of 96 DU of Ph I, Stg 2 including processing the case for revival of sanctioned plan. The same is still awaited.

Construction of DU at AWHO Coimbatore Ph I, Stg 2.   Planning for construction of balance 96 Dwelling Units (DUs) in six towers at Coimbatore Phase I, Stage 2 is in progress for construction.
