    * Please refer to Para 40 of AWHO Master Brochure Jul 87 (as amended).

    * Due to unavoidable reasons, the physical progress is yet to match the planned progress.  All efforts are being made to speed up the work and complete the work by PDC  announced now.

    * In order to adhere to construction linked payment schedule, it has been decided to re-schedule the existing payment schedule of OMR Chennai Project as under :- 

    (a) For Allottees with payment schedule As Under.
    First instalment - 25% cost of DU,
    Second to Fifth instalment - 15% cost of DU
    Sixth instalment - 10% cost of DU
