Allottees of all the projects are requested to get registration done with local Registrar Office within one month from the date of possession of DU.
REDUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES BY AWHO
1. AWHO is undertaking Assistance Scheme under which AWHO negotiates with reputed private builders to provide flats to Defence Personnel at discounted rates.
2. It has been decided that 0.3% of cost of DU shall be charged as administrative charges wef 01 Mar 2023 for all future projects to provide relief to the prospective buyers.

1. To establish ‘legal ownership’ of immovable property like house/ dwelling unit etc, registration of same in the local Registrar/ Sub Registrar office is very important.
