CHENNAI (OMR) : TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF REGISTRATION PROCESS 1. The registration of sale deeds at Sub Registrar office in respect of AWHO Chennai Project commenced in Oct 2019 and 59 flat owners completed the registration process till the announcement of national lockdown in Mar 2020. 2. It is informed that since Apr 2020, Registration Department has put registration of land in Thazhambur village on hold since land records are under scrutiny by Revenue Department. As a result, the registration of sale deeds of DUs of Dinesh Vihar has been placed under temporary suspension. 3. It has been verified from concerned department that survey numbers 172/1 and 173 pertaining to our Chennai project are not part of the scrutiny, however, for the time being, registration of land for entire Thazhambur village has been put on hold. 4. Since the title of AWHO Chennai land is clear, Registration Department has been approached to recommence registration process for our project. Once that materialises, flat owners shall be informed accordingly through AWHO website. 5.Inconvenience caused is regretted please. |
